$30,000 Networking Framework Guarantee Terms

THE GUARANTEE

If you fully implement the $30,000 Networking Framework (hereafter "Framework" and within six months aren't generating $2,500 per month in program fees, Lesix Companies LLC (hereafter "Lesix") will refund your money back in full.

If you request a full refund within 14-days of initial purchase, Lesix will refund your money back in full without qualification except for proof of purchase.

THE TERMS

  1. The Framework is designed for licensed real estate agents, brokers, association managers, and other licensed persons. You must be able to demonstrate that you are licensed by your respective state's real estate regulatory agency during the entirety of the program.

  2. You must demonstrate proof of purchase of the Framework.

  3. You must demonstrate you have fully implemented the program and are executing the frameworks as directed. This must include completed document templates with revision history. Additionally, this can include, but is not limited to: scripts, emails, SMS messages, and proof of networking event attendance.

  4. You must request the refund, in writing, within 6 months of purchase of the program if you aren't generating the minimum guaranteed income.

REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests must be provided, in writing, to "[email protected]." Refund requests must be made by 11:59pm Eastern on the 6th month since purchase. For example, if you purchased the Framework on May 6, you may request a refund at any time before November 6 at 11:59pm. If not requested within that timeframe, all requests will be ignored.

If refund requests are provided, in writing, within 14 days of purchase, no terms apply except for demonstrating proof of purchase of the Framework.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. All currency referenced is United States Dollars.

  2. Lesix reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund requests. This includes, but is not limited to: program audits, purchase verification, and identity verification.

  3. Lesix retains sole discretion of determining eligibility, although Lesix must provide justifications for not approving a refund request in writing.

  4. Lesix reserves all rights regardless of which stages they are exercised, and at no time does Lesix waive those rights during the verification process.

  5. Lesix has 60 days to verify the validity of refund requests, and a further 30 days thereafter to issue a full refund. Lesix

  6. Lesix is not responsible for refunding any monies except for the $47 purchase of the Framework. Any additional purchases are made without any expectation of refund or return.

  7. No guarantees of success or performance are made. The $2,500 monthly revenue threshold is purely arbitrary on the part of Lesix to determine refund request eligibility and should not be construed as a guarantee of return under any circumstances.
